Meeting 1:

Divided the work that we needed to do. For example who would do the risk assessment and Recce for where.

Meeting 2:
 We also decided that we would do auditions to find out who would play the male and female roles

Meeting 3:
Checked what everyone did and what else we needed to do to get pre-production done
